We own specialized equipment for drilling, installation, and maintenance, enabling personalized on-site assistance. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** At Punto Hidráulico, a Chilean company with over 20 years of experience providing hydraulic solutions to industry, we seek to hire an HR Analyst to manage key Human Resources Administration processes, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and provide support to employees and supervisors. Key responsibilities include: administration of employment contracts, addendums, and settlement documents; compensation management and Talana attendance support; vacation, leave, and employment documentation administration; processing matters before the Labor Directorate, Mutual Aid Associations, and Compensation Funds; supporting labor legislation compliance and continuous improvement of departmental processes. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration with HR specialization, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in compensation and Human Resources Administration. Knowledge of labor legislation. Proficiency in Talana or similar software and intermediate-level Excel. We seek a proactive individual interested in strengthening the department, improving processes, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment. Terms: On-site work in Buin (Los Guindos area), 42-hour weekly schedule Monday through Friday, and a net salary of $900\.000\.
