We are looking for a Semi-Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a team engaged across the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and technical design to deployment and operations. The role’s objective is to build end\-to\-end web applications (frontend and backend), integrate diverse data sources and third-party services via REST APIs, and ensure quality through best practices, testing, documentation, and code review. This job is available on Get on Board. ### **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** As a Full-Stack Developer, our focus is on enabling the team to deliver complete, consistent, and maintainable features by participating across the entire software lifecycle. * Develop *frontend* and *backend* features according to project requirements. * Build and integrate **REST** APIs to connect various data sources and third-party services. * Participate in defining the technical architecture together with the Architect. * Write maintainable, tested, and documented code aligned with team-defined best practices. * Collaborate with UI/UX Design to implement interfaces faithful to the provided designs. * Participate in *code reviews* and continuous improvement of development processes. * Provide support and resolve production incidents as required. Additionally, we seek a professional who actively contributes to product quality, change traceability, and stability—from development through operations. ### **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a Full-Stack Developer (**semi-senior** level). * Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework: **React** and **Angular**. * Backend development with **Java** (**Spring Boot**). * Knowledge of **cloud** platforms, preferably **AWS**. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases: **SQL**, **PostgreSQL**, **MongoDB**, among others. * Familiarity with version control: **Git**, and collaborative workflows such as **Git Flow**, *pull requests*, and reviews. * Basic understanding of deployment and cloud environments: **AWS**, **Azure**, or **GCP**. **Soft Skills** * Autonomy in solving technical problems using independent judgment. * Ability to clearly communicate progress and blockers to both the team and project leadership. * Adaptability to work across different technology stacks depending on client or product needs. We value your technical judgment, accountability in delivery, and daily collaboration to ensure solutions function reliably in real-world environments and remain sustainable over time. ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of **Docker** / containers and **CI/CD** practices. * Prior experience directly collaborating with **UI/UX** teams to translate designs into implementations.
