Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and operations activities. Support teams in planning, scheduling, and meeting operational priorities. Monitor processes, productivity, quality, safety, and service performance. Review operational data and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, production, logistics, and other departments as needed. Assist in resolving operational issues and follow up on corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Collaborate on resource planning, workflow coordination, and preparation of operational reports. Ensure compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety practices. Clearly communicate operational updates, priorities, and issues to relevant teams. Support projects, process changes, and implementation of improved work methods. Prepare basic reports and provide updates to management. Promote a collaborative, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Requirements: Experience in operations, engineering, technical services, production, logistics, or a related field. Prior experience coordinating people, projects, processes, or daily activities will be valued. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfort working with operational information, reports, and performance metrics. Basic knowledge of occupational safety, quality, and process improvement practices. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing operational needs. Proficiency in standard office and enterprise software.
