Propose security solutions and technological improvements. **Job Description** We are seeking an **Electronic Security Manager** to lead the planning, implementation, and supervision of electronic security solutions for corporate clients. The role entails coordinating technical teams and vendors to ensure the proper operation of CCTV, alarm, access control, and other protective technologies. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of **CCTV, alarm, and access control systems**. * Plan and supervise electronic security projects, managing timelines, resources, and work quality. * Coordinate technical teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient execution. * Assess client facilities and requirements, proposing appropriate security solutions. * Supervise diagnostics, preventive, and corrective maintenance of implemented systems. * Monitor service indicators, incidents, and compliance with technical and security standards. * Maintain client relationships, manage requests, and propose technological improvements to strengthen their protection systems. **Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in **Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation, Networking**, or a related field. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in electronic security, CCTV, alarm systems, access control, or related systems. * Experience leading technical teams and coordinating field projects or installations. * Knowledge of **IP/Analog CCTV, NVR/DVR, alarm systems, access control, and networking**. * Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation. * Proficiency with planning tools, reporting tools, and **Excel**. * Leadership, customer orientation, problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and effective communication. Salary: $1\.700\.000 \- $2\.500\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
