The position aims to coordinate and supervise field operational activities of the service, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards, as well as proper performance of the work team. Responsibilities: * Lead geological support teams during drilling campaigns. * Monitor drilling operations, reaming, and core cutting. * Perform sampling and quality control in drilling operations. * Safeguard and transport drill cores and core samples. * Generate, update, and report sampling databases (Excel). * Operate vehicles in industrial areas and within mine sites (OP Operation). Requirements * Education: Intermediate or higher-level Technician in Chemistry, Geology, or Metallurgy. * Minimum of 1 **year** of experience in supervisory or team leadership roles in mining. * Desired experience in drilling sampling, drilling, geology, or related fields. * Knowledge of safety and operational procedures in mining sites. * Availability to work on a **4x4** shift system. * Class B driver's license (Mandatory). * Residence in the **Atacama Region**, preferably in **Tierra Amarilla, Copiapó, or nearby communes**.
