Job Summary: We are seeking a Database Analyst to manage, analyze, and transform information, developing indicators and reports to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are currently seeking a **Database Analyst** to work in Huechuraba. **Job Objective** Manage, analyze, and transform data originating from various management systems, developing indicators, reports, and analyses to monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support decision-making with reliable, timely, and high-quality information. **Main Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain management indicators (KPIs) for different business areas. * Develop dashboards and executive reports for supervisors and managers. * Monitor operational indicators, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Analyze trends, productivity, and portfolio behavior, generating data-driven recommendations. * Automate data extraction, transformation, and consolidation processes. * Validate data quality and manage correction of inconsistencies. * Generate information for campaigns, segmentation, and management strategies. * Fulfill internal client information requests by delivering timely and high-quality analyses. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Programming, or related fields. * Experience: At least 1 year of experience in roles related to data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. **Technical Skills:** * Advanced SQL (mandatory). * Proficiency in database tools (mandatory). * Power BI. * Python or R for analysis and automation. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computing Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Programming, or related fields. * Experience: At least 1 year of experience in roles related to data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
