Automate processes and optimize operational efficiency Fashion's Park, a leading apparel retail company in Chile, is seeking a Junior Data Science Analyst for the Financial Business Management Department. The purpose of this position is to effectively analyze and process data to deliver key insights that support decision-making, aligned with the strategies and requirements of Fashion's Park Credit Card Risk and Collections area. Key responsibilities include: * Develop predictive models to generate insights that not only anticipate but also revolutionize credit card department decision-making. * Identify the department’s information needs according to requirements, anticipating team needs before they are explicitly stated. * Identify industry standards and best practices, promoting continuous improvement within the department. * Identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize departmental operational efficiency through efficient reporting design — transform how we work! * Develop methods and programs to facilitate data management and interpretation, tailored to departmental needs — become a data master! * Design and develop reports that support departmental decision-making, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness. Requirements * Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, Computer Science or Information Engineering degree, or related field. * Advanced Office proficiency (focus on pivot tables and pivot charts) * Intermediate Python skills (focus on Pandas and Scikit-learn) * Intermediate SQL Server skills (focus on queries, calculations, sub\-queries, data joins, and data grouping) * Power BI is desirable. * Technical assessment will be conducted for Excel, Python, and SQL Server.
