We are looking for a Coordinator to join our new operational area “Anomalies Project”, focused on detection, regularization, and continuous improvement of electrical distribution networks. * Job Objective: Lead and supervise on-site electrical maintenance and standardization work, ensuring compliance with technical standards, operational safety, and client requirements. Main Challenges: * Coordinate work crews and supervisors on-site. * Control proper execution of electrical work. * Supervise safety conditions and use of PPE. * Manage certification and operational readiness of tools and vehicles. * Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory procedures. * Respond efficiently to project operational requirements. ✅ Requirements: * Technical degree in Electricity or related field. * Class B driver's license. * Experience in electrical network maintenance or construction. * Field team leadership experience is desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
