Monitor KPIs and continuous improvement actions At Grupo Empresas Geoblast, a leader in mining services, we are seeking a **Contract Administrator** for a **Drilling Sampling Service** in the Atacama Region. **Position Objective** To manage and supervise the comprehensive execution of the service, ensuring compliance with contractual standards for safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Additionally, to efficiently administer human, technical, and material resources under responsibility, guaranteeing operational continuity, achievement of project objectives, and customer satisfaction. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and supervise the comprehensive execution of the contract, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards. * Lead safety, environmental, and customer relationship management. * Manage human, material, and operational resources to ensure service continuity. * Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement actions. * Supervise and develop the work team, providing technical support when required. Main Responsibilities * Administer and supervise the comprehensive execution of the contract, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards. * Lead safety, environmental, and customer relationship management. * Manage human, material, and operational resources to ensure service continuity. * Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement actions. * Supervise and develop the work team, providing technical support when required. Requirements: * Technical degree, Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent in a related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of verifiable experience in contract management and administration within similar mining services. * Experience in mining contract administration, preferably in drilling, geological, or sampling services. * Experience leading work teams. * Class B driver's license. * Residence in the **Atacama Region**, preferably in **Tierra Amarilla, Copiapó, or nearby communes**.
