Positive and collaborative work environment. **We require hiring a Construction Assistant with experience in Gardening, Painting, Carpentry, Masonry, Ceramics, Welding, Plumbing, among others.** **Requirements include:** \- Excellent willingness to perform daily tasks. \- Responsible and courteous. \- Age range: 18 to 30 years. \- Experience in this position or similar roles. \- Basic knowledge of materials and tool usage. \- Ideally experienced in PVC, PPR, copper piping, faucet installation, drainage systems, ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, concrete, plastering, waterproofing, painting, and other related tasks. \- Proactive, with soft skills, strong interpersonal communication, detail-oriented, careful with tools and work materials, able to work under pressure, responsible, and punctual. **For the Gardening Department, we need an Assistant to perform the following duties:** \- Garden cleaning. \- Lawn mowing. \- Pruning and planting trees. \- Maintenance of green areas or fieldwork. \- Tool handling. \- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their repairs. \- Watering and maintaining a clean and orderly environment, plus other tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Benefits:** \- Professional career development. \- Positive work environment. \- Agreement with Los Andes Compensation Fund. **Schedule: Monday to Tuesday, 08:00–18:00 hrs; Wednesday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.** **Net salary: $550\.000\.\- to $600\.000\.\-** **Send your CV to rrhh@green\-leaf.cl** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $550\.000 \- $600\.000 per month Work location: On-site employment
