This role focuses on ensuring aesthetic and commercial consistency across all customer touchpoints, strengthening corporate identity and enhancing the shopping experience. Main Responsibilities * Visual identity management: Oversee the application of graphic guidelines in campaigns and commercial materials. * Project coordination: Plan and execute image initiatives for physical stores and digital platforms. * Design supervision: Coordinate internal creative teams and external vendors to ensure quality and consistency. * Communication optimization: Propose improvements to product presentation and commercial spaces. * Impact analysis: Evaluate results of visual campaigns and their influence on brand perception. Requirements * Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial image management or branding. * Proficiency in design tools and editing software. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
