Job Description You will be responsible for organizing and supervising food service operations in assigned areas, continuously implementing improvements in the management for which you are accountable, with emphasis on continuous improvement and meeting customer expectations. You will constantly coordinate and interact with responsible parties from other complementary departments to comply with company standards and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities * Autonomous. * Direct contact with customers. * Supervision and administration of personnel. * Responsible for creating work schedules, timetables, and task planning. * In charge of coordinating safety and quality aspects and conducting briefings. * Primarily operational profile, focused on execution and direct supervision. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in this position. * Residence between Arica and the Coquimbo Region. * Availability to work rotating 10x10 shifts with camp accommodation. * Health compatible with high-altitude geographic conditions.
