About the Role At **ARI Diseño, Arquitectura y Servicios de Proyectos**, we seek to hire a **BIM Modeler** to participate in the development, coordination, and updating of digital models associated with architecture, engineering, and construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for transforming technical information, drawings, and specifications into precise and properly documented BIM models, collaborating with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams. This role will play a key part in early clash detection, technical documentation generation, and interdisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities * Develop BIM models according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Model architectural, structural, or discipline-specific elements as applicable. * Maintain models updated throughout all project phases. * Generate plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models. * Prepare technical documentation for review. * Coordinate information with architects and engineers. * Participate in BIM coordination meetings. * Identify inconsistencies between models and documentation. * Support clash detection processes. * Incorporate observations and changes requested by the project team. * Maintain naming conventions and file organization standards. * Work in accordance with defined BIM protocols and standards. * Review model quality and consistency. * Manage BIM families and components. * Keep parameters and properties accurately updated. * Support preparation of digital deliverables. * Coordinate models across different disciplines. * Participate in interdisciplinary reviews. * Prepare quantity take-off information where applicable. * Maintain properly organized versions and backups. * Support as-built documentation processes. * Participate in internal library and standard improvements. * Report progress and challenges to the BIM Coordinator. * Meet schedules and delivery deadlines. * Keep project technical documentation up to date. What We Seek **Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, architecture, engineering, construction, or related projects. **Education:** Technician or professional degree in Architecture, Technical Drawing, Civil Construction, Engineering, BIM Projects, or a related field. **BIM:** Experience developing models and documentation using BIM methodology. **Revit:** Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. **Documentation:** Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. **Coordination:** Ability to work with multiple disciplines and linked models. **Organization:** Skill in maintaining files, versions, and documentation in a properly structured manner. **Attention to Detail:** High precision in modeling and information review. Preferred Qualifications * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. * Experience with Navisworks. * Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience in BIM coordination. * Knowledge of Clash Detection. * Experience with Dynamo. * Proficiency in parametric families. * Knowledge of IFC and OpenBIM. * Experience in architecture, structural, or MEP projects. * Familiarity with national and international BIM standards. * Experience preparing as-built models. * Knowledge of ISO 19650. * Proficiency in visualization tools such as Enscape or Twinmotion. Salary: $1.500.000 – $3.300.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
