Technical facilitator role: prototype, connect, and interact with AI At Aeolabs, we seek an AI Developer who comes from traditional full-stack development and wishes to evolve into environments featuring applications integrated with Agentic AI within the Azure Cloud. We do not seek isolated specialists focused on a single technology, but rather professionals with technical capability and curiosity to integrate AI agents into solutions that generate real value. The Profile We seek a developer with a solid foundation in Python/Node who has transitioned into Agentic AI. Your role will be that of a technical facilitator: someone capable of prototyping an agent, connecting it to a database, and ensuring end users can interact with it. Responsibilities * Agent Development: Implement AI logic (single- and multi\-agent) using frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain. * System Integration: Build APIs and services that connect these agents to external tools and data sources. * RAG Implementation: Configure information retrieval pipelines to optimize model responses. * Environment Management: Deploy and monitor solutions in the cloud—specifically on Microsoft Azure—ensuring system stability and efficiency. * User Interface: Develop basic components in React/Angular to enable interaction with the AI tools built. Technical Requirements We understand technology evolves rapidly. While we value learning ability, the following are required for this role: * Professional experience with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js. * Familiarity with building AI agents and RAG pipelines. * Experience working in containerized environments (Docker) and general knowledge of Azure cloud services. * Ability to develop functional interfaces in React/Angular. * Experience using NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Especially Valued * Experience orchestrating with Kubernetes (AKS). * Knowledge of vector databases and observability. * Rapid prototyping mindset: ability to swiftly move from idea to minimum viable product.
