We are looking for a **QA Analyst** to join our Digital Squad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing strategies. You will validate services, web and mobile applications, integrations with corporate systems, and process traceability using tools such as Postman, SQL, Jira, Xray, Zephyr, and Jenkins. **If you are rigorous, analytical, and committed to excellence, join Stefanini and help us deliver high-quality solutions.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Challenge:** * Software testing strategy, techniques, and control. * Definition of test cases and test plans. * Functional testing. * Management of tools for certification process documentation, ensuring functional quality, traceability, and compliance with project regulatory deadlines. **Responsibilities** * Design functional, integration, and regression test plans, scenarios, and cases. * Validate access, rectification, deletion, blocking, portability, and objection workflows. * Test consent and cookie capture, consultation, updating, and revocation. * Validate integrations with SOYIO/Verify ID, CRM, Core IBS, APIs, and mobile applications. * Execute service tests using SOAP and Postman. * Perform data queries and validations using SQL. * Verify audit, traceability, and compliance with deadlines defined by Law 21\.719\. * Manage defects and evidence in Jira, Xray/Zephyr, and Confluence. * Participate in UAT, Go Live, pre-production, and stabilization phases. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in QA or quality assurance. * Advanced knowledge of ISTQB and functional testing. * Experience with Postman, SOAP, SQL, and databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, or PostgreSQL. * Proficiency with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Xray, and/or Zephyr. * Knowledge of BrowserStack is desirable. * Experience in Scrum and financial or payment processing projects is desirable. * Framework: Continuous Integration (Jenkins). * Code review tools. Proficiency in Jira/Confluence. * Proficiency in Xray and Zephyr.
