Discover how far your commitment can take you. **What are we looking for?** At GHD, we are seeking an **Accounting Assistant** to join our **Finance** team. The main responsibilities of this position include: entering information into GHD’s accounting system (BST), electronic invoicing, preparing account analyses, reviewing electronic documents, and maintaining auxiliary ledgers. Additionally, the candidate is expected to support tasks related to DT website management, SII website management, processing medical leave certificates, processing project-related information requests, among others. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles * Experience in accounting departments of consulting firms is desirable * Knowledge of labor and tax laws * Knowledge of payroll calculations, account analysis, and general accounting * Proficiency in computer tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Intermediate English. * Personal Attributes: * Ability to prioritize and organize work * Results-oriented * Strong interpersonal skills * Teamwork * Proactivity
