Manages the daily operations of a restaurant—including dining room, kitchen, bar, and events—ensuring service quality and compliance with standards.

3. Manage inventory, costs, and coordinate special activities.
**RESTAURANT MANAGER**
**Position Objective**
Manage the restaurant’s daily operations (dining room, kitchen, bar, and events), ensuring service quality, compliance with operational standards, inventory control, and proper execution of the venue’s special activities (e.g., Friday piano bar, events, and other initiatives).
Reports to: Owner(s) / Majka Management.
**1\. Operational Management**
* Supervise opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to protocols and schedules.
* Coordinate daily operations among dining room, kitchen, and bar to guarantee seamless service.
* Resolve day-to-day operational contingencies (equipment failures, stock shortages, customer incidents).
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations (alcohol, occupancy, etc.).
**2\. Personnel Management**
* Coordinate staff shifts and staffing levels for dining room, kitchen, and bar.
* Supervise team performance and provide daily feedback.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
* Foster a positive work environment and adherence to customer service standards.
**3\. Cash Handling and Inventory Management**
* Cash handling, daily closing, and sales reconciliation.
* Procurement, supplier management, and inventory control (supplies, beverages, materials).
* Control of shrinkage and operational costs.
* Periodic reporting of operational KPIs to Management.
**4\. Customer Experience**
* Ensure high-quality service and diner experience at all times.
* Manage reservations and table coordination.
* Address and resolve customer complaints or special requests.
**5\. Events and Special Activities**
* Coordinate operational logistics for themed activities and events (e.g., family celebrations, special dates).
* Collaborate with the marketing/communications team to ensure proper execution of such initiatives on-site.
* Ensure event ambiance, setup, and teardown are carried out as planned.
**6\. Other Duties**
Other management and coordination tasks assigned by Management within the scope of this position.
**REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES**
* Minimum 2 years of verifiable prior experience in HORECA administration (restaurants, bars, or similar).
* Education in administration, gastronomy, tourism, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
* Proficiency with management tools (POS systems, spreadsheets, inventory control).
* Team leadership and problem-solving ability under pressure.
* Attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
* Availability to work weekends and night shifts.
Salary: $900,000 – $1,200,000 per month
