We seek proactive individuals with employment stability in previous jobs (4 to 5 years), focused on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Main responsibilities: \* Perform specific tasks on the production line. \* Handle materials, machinery, and equipment for the manufacturing process. \* Carry out packaging and storage of finished products. \* Adjust and regulate machine parameters for efficient operation (speed, temperature, quantities, etc.). \* Program, operate, repair, and perform basic maintenance on production machines and tools. \* Work with various materials and equipment, following instructions precisely. \* Maintain clear communication with the work team. \* Ensure high standards of quality, order, and time efficiency. Requirements: \* Experience in rotating shifts (day and night) (44 hours per week). \* Good communication skills, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical and mental stamina. \* Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to continue learning.
