Merchandise handling and stock control The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for carrying out receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch activities for products, ensuring order, correct merchandise handling, and compliance with the company's internal procedures. Main Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and store merchandise. * Verify quantities, codes, and product conditions. * Prepare orders for dispatch and distribution. * Perform picking, packing, and product labeling. * Safely load and unload merchandise. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Participate in inventories and conduct physical counts. * Record product movements in the system. * Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages. * Comply with safety and risk prevention regulations. * Properly use equipment and personal protective equipment. * Support other operational tasks as required by warehouse needs. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution tasks, preferably. * Availability to work rotating shifts, if applicable. * Ability to perform physical labor and handle loads. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work in a team. * Basic proficiency in radio frequency devices, WMS systems, or computers, depending on the role.
