Opportunity to lead an expanding team Operations | Leadership | Customer Service Full-Time Schedule | On-Site Do you have experience leading field teams, resolving operational issues, and ensuring excellent service? **This opportunity may be for you.** We are looking for our next Field Operations Supervisor: a proactive individual with leadership skills and customer orientation, capable of coordinating and supporting our team of field technicians delivering in-home services across Santiago. **Your Mission** You will be responsible for supervising the field technician team, ensuring high service standards, efficient operations, and an excellent experience for our customers. Additionally, you will play an active role in onboarding new team members, providing operational support, and resolving daily contingencies. **What You’ll Do Daily:** * Supervise and accompany field technicians during their work routes. * Train new team members on service protocols and execution. * Motivate, support, and monitor team performance. * Resolve operational contingencies in real time (delays, emergencies, or unforeseen events). * Manage procurement of supplies and equipment. * Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment from the warehouse. * Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and supplies. * Represent the company before customers when necessary, resolving situations professionally and with service orientation. * Coordinate rapid solutions to ensure operational continuity. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic role with high autonomy and real impact on operations. * Stability and growth opportunities. * A close-knit and collaborative work environment. * An opportunity to lead an expanding team.
