Job Summary: MILAB is seeking a Specialized Manufacturing Operator to carry out manufacturing stages of bioequivalent medicines, ensuring compliance with methods, quality standards, and regulations. At MILAB, we are currently seeking a Specialized Manufacturing Operator responsible for executing at least one of the following manufacturing stages (portioning, solid blending, liquid and semi\-solid manufacturing, granulation/drying, compression, encapsulation, coating), ensuring products are manufactured according to established manufacturing methods and comply with timelines, quality, safety and hygiene, environmental, and surrounding requirements set forth by the Laboratory and applicable legal regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Correctly execute the following processes in accordance with established procedures and manufacturing methods: Portioning, Solid Blending, Liquid Manufacturing, Semi\-Solid Manufacturing, Granulation/Drying, Compression, Encapsulation, and Coating. * Inspect materials used in manufacturing processes, controlling and/or recording raw material weights, analysis numbers, codes, descriptors, and package reconciliations per manufacturing methods. * Monitor and control product quality during manufacturing processes, submitting corresponding samples to Quality Control and performing established process controls. * Supervise and record temperature, humidity, balance verification, and room pressure differentials where the process is conducted, promptly reporting any deviations to the supervisor. * Perform weight and package count reconciliations upon completion of each process, documenting them in methods and/or logbooks and requesting supervisor approval. * Report any discrepancies encountered during the process—whether documentation-related or material-related—to the supervisor and/or Shift Supervisor.
