Ongoing integration and development within the company **Production Operators – Quinta Normal** A food industry company experiencing continuous growth is currently seeking **Production Operators** to join its workforce on a stable basis. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (4th year of high school). * At least 1 year of experience in food companies as a PRODUCTION OPERATOR. * Motivation to integrate permanently and develop within the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Work on the production line. * Operation of machinery, according to competencies. **Working Hours:** * Monday and Tuesday: 08:00–17:30 hrs. * Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 08:00–16:30 hrs. * **Monday-to-Friday schedule (no rotating shifts).** **Offered Benefits:** * Fixed-term contract with transition to an **indefinite-term contract starting from the 3rd month**. * Productivity bonus ranging between **$80\.000 and $90\.000** (starting from the third month). * Meal allowance benefit available **from the first month**. * Job stability and internal growth opportunities. **Work Location:** Quinta Normal commune.
