Support across various manufacturing stages. No experience required; training provided. TERMS: monthly employment with formal contract and social security contributions; base salary $539\.000 \+ statutory bonus. Voluntary Saturday shifts according to mutual agreement on attendance, paid at $40\.000 net per full day / $20\.000 net per half day (single payment substituting overtime). Working hours: Mon\-Thu 8:30\-17:30, Fri 8:30\-16:30\. Work location: Lampa, Lo Pinto area. Friendly atmosphere, team size 21\-26 people.
