Job Summary: Production Operator responsible for controlling and executing production processes, ensuring quality and order, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and control the production process according to established instructions. 2. Carry out packaging and product identification activities. 3. Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate working conditions at the workstation. * Operate and control the production process by executing established instructions, monitoring machine operation, recording required information in the logbook, and promptly reporting any anomalies, deviations, non-conformities, or improvement opportunities identified. * Carry out packaging and product identification activities in accordance with company-established instructions, standards, and procedures. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate working conditions at the workstation, contributing to a safe and efficient environment for operational execution. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, internal policies, standards, and procedures—particularly those related to quality, food safety, occupational safety, and other organizational guidelines. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Two years of experience as a Production Operator. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday. * Residence in the commune of San Bernardo.
