At Outlet de Puertas, we seek a Picking Coordinator with a proven track record of leading warehouse teams to ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and order of our picking, receiving, and inventory operations at the Los Ángeles branch. We seek a mature professional with sound judgment to make decisions, develop people, and maintain stock accuracy and operational order—even under operational pressure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate Warehouse Operators, Forklift Operators, and Picking teams—assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution. * Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic inventories (cyclic, partial, or full), ensuring stock accuracy. * Supervise goods receiving—verifying quantities and condition against documentation—and lead product classification, labeling, and placement. * Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of new and existing team members. * Coordinate with the Dispatch department to ensure continuous replenishment of picking zones. * Supervise compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and preventive maintenance of equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and infrastructure. * Generate periodic reports on stock levels, inventory, and team performance for the Warehouse Manager. **Essential Requirements:** * Demonstrable experience **leading or coordinating warehouse teams** (not merely individual operational performance). * Proficiency in inventory processes, stock control, and warehouse management systems. * Proven leadership ability: developing people, making decisions under pressure, and resolving daily operational conflicts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical training in Logistics, Administration, or a related field. * Prior experience as Warehouse Supervisor/Manager or in a role of similar responsibility. * Experience operating warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks). **Working Conditions:** * 100% on-site work at the Los Ángeles branch. * Rotating shifts according to operational needs — Shift A: 09:00–17:30, Saturday 09:30–14:00 / Shift B: 11:30–20:00, Saturday 11:00–15:30\.
