A growing sales company is looking to add a Multifunctional Worker to its team to support various tasks in the product preparation and dispatch area. We are seeking committed, responsible individuals eager to learn and join a dynamic, collaborative work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Product preparation: repackaging, labeling, and preparing items for dispatch on e-commerce platforms (primarily Mercado Libre). * Conducting periodic inventory checks. * Receiving and verifying merchandise. * Assisting in the sales process. * Storing and organizing products in the warehouse. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace. * Providing logistical support for Flex deliveries and order preparation. * Performing errands for purchasing and/or delivering goods to the warehouse. * Other related duties as required. **Requirements:** * Experience in similar roles (desirable, not mandatory). * Positive attitude, proactivity, and willingness to learn. * Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented individual. * Basic proficiency in Office tools. * Manual dexterity. * Class B driver's license (desirable). **Benefits:** * Job stability. * Pleasant and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for internal growth within the company. **Additional Information:** * Company located in Santiago Centro. * Monthly salary: $540,000 net. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 6:30 pm (44 weekly hours).
