If you have experience performing cuts, deboning, portioning, or preparing meats, this opportunity may interest you. **What will you do?** --------------- Your role will be to support the processing and preparation of meat products, complying with the plant’s quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning, cutting, deboning, and portioning of meats according to technical specifications. * Prepare marinades, rubs, and seasoning for meat products. * Assist in cooking meats and poultry, respecting established times and temperatures. * Inspect raw materials and report any deviations. * Comply with GMP, cold chain requirements, and cross-contamination prevention protocols. * Record weights, yield losses, batches, and quantities processed. * Maintain knives, tools, and work areas clean and sanitized. **What We Require From You** ---------------------------- **Essential Requirements** * Minimum qualification: Intermediate Technical Degree related to food or culinary arts. * At least **2 years of verifiable experience** in one of the following areas: * Butchery. * Meat processing. * High-volume industrial kitchens. * Experience in safe knife handling and cutting techniques. * Knowledge of cold chain and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Availability to work on-site in Recoleta. **Preferred Qualifications** * Education related to food or culinary arts. * Experience in marinades, meat preparation, and yield loss control. * Flexibility to support various production areas as needed. **Offer Conditions** ---------------------------- * **Monthly net salary:** $600\.000\. * **Attendance bonus:** $20\.000\. * **GMP bonus:** $50\.000, subject to performance evaluation. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday 13:00–21:00 hrs., and Saturday 09:00–15:15 hrs. * **Work modality:** On-site. * **Work location:** Recoleta. * **Contract type:** Fixed-term. * Full uniform and work tools provided. * Equipped cafeteria for storing and heating food (lunch is not provided by the company). * Individual locker for personal belongings.
