Perform preliminary operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and ingredients as required. Maintain cleanliness of used equipment.
