Job Purpose To manufacture products requested by customers in accordance with the organization’s defined quality, safety, and environmental standards, and in compliance with the Operational Instructions of respective departments. **To succeed, you must meet the following requirements:** **Education:** Completed secondary education (industrial technician, mechanical, or similar background preferred). **Required Knowledge:** Minimum two years of work experience in technical roles. Metalworking. Metal structures. Welding. Computer literacy, user-level Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of rubber materials and their properties. Basic understanding of traceability and process documentation. Ability to work under productivity standards and meet performance targets. Main Responsibilities Familiarity with departmental Operational Instructions (Production, Quality, Safety, and Environment). Execution of various work orders. Proper utilization of production-related resources. Achieving productivity targets set by Operations Management and complying with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards. Maintaining order and cleanliness in assigned area. Reading and interpreting work instructions and technical specifications. Identifying defects, reporting deviations to supervisor or Quality Department, and implementing basic corrective actions to minimize scrap levels. Visual inspection and dimensional control during part inspection, using manual measuring tools appropriately (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Recording production data and operational metrics. Operating injection machines according to established parameters. Assembling molds and mounting/dismounting molds per production scheduling. Adjusting basic machine parameters via HDMI panels, such as temperature, pressure, cycle times, vulcanization cycles, etc. Performing autonomous equipment cleaning and basic maintenance. Recording production data (quantities, times, scrap, etc.). Supporting format changes and production start-up. Meeting production plan targets (%). Meeting standard cycle times. Achieving required machine operational efficiency. Operating lifting equipment such as overhead cranes / pallet jacks. Awareness of and compliance with internal Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards, legal requirements, and organizational mandates. Compliance with procedures related to certification, accreditation, and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and Ch3262 (Gender Equality and Work-Life-Family-Personal Balance) standards, where applicable to assigned tasks. **We Offer:** A highly technical, collaborative environment focused on innovation and sustainability.
