Position Summary: We are seeking a Green Areas Operator to maintain green areas, gardens, and common spaces within the park in optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of high-traffic areas and assistance with general tasks. **Join the Green Areas Team at BioParque Buinzoo!** At **BioParque Buinzoo**, we are looking to bring on board a **Green Areas Operator**, whose mission will be to maintain green areas, gardens, and common spaces within the park in optimal condition—contributing to a safe and enjoyable experience for our visitors. **Job Mission** Perform maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation tasks for green areas, gardens, and common spaces within the park, as well as support recycling and waste removal processes, ensuring the Biopark functions and appears correctly. **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out maintenance tasks in the assigned area: irrigation, pruning, sweeping, and garbage removal. * Clean and maintain common and high-traffic areas, especially on rainy days (drying puddles, applying wood chips on wet surfaces, among others). * Assist with general area tasks such as restroom cleaning, product removal and unloading, event preparation, and decoration. * Use and maintain assigned materials, equipment, and tools in good condition. * Promptly inform direct supervisors of any incidents related to their duties. * Assist with other tasks required by the area according to operational needs. **Benefits** * Complementary health insurance (for employee and dependents). * Year-end bonuses for National Holidays and Christmas. * Daily lunch provided at the company cafeteria. * Free park admission for the employee and their family. * Corporate uniform and free parking. * Excellent connectivity and proximity to public transportation.
