We are looking for a Ductwork Master Assistant to support duct installation tasks for air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial construction projects. The position requires motivation, responsibility, and willingness to learn fabrication and assembly techniques. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in cutting, assembling, and installing metal ducts and accessories. * Support fixing, sealing, and insulation tasks. * Transport, organize, and prepare materials and tools. * Collaborate in working at heights and assist the installation team. * Comply with safety regulations and on-site procedures. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in construction (preferably in air conditioning or ductwork). * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. * Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights. * Valid height work certification desirable. * Availability to work night shifts is mandatory. * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. * Risk prevention and/or height work training desirable.
