Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed individuals to join maintenance and improvement crews for natural and urban spaces, performing outdoor physical labor and teamwork. Maintenance and improvement of natural and urban spaces We seek responsible and committed individuals to join work crews dedicated to the maintenance and improvement of natural and urban spaces in Las Condes. This position involves outdoor physical labor, use of manual and mechanical tools, and teamwork under the supervision of a crew supervisor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform grass cutting, weeding, general cleaning, and light pruning tasks * Carry out planting and irrigation of green areas * Operate tools such as brush cutters, mowers, shovels, wheelbarrows, among others * Assist in site preparation and installation of turf, mulch, or substrates * Collect and remove vegetative waste and garbage from the intervention area * Follow the crew supervisor’s instructions regarding tasks and schedules * Properly use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Collaborate in maintaining order and care of tools and equipment * Support additional tasks related to environmental improvement, infrastructure, plumbing, carpentry, etc. **Requirements:** * Physical health compatible with outdoor physical work * Responsibility, punctuality, and willingness to work in a team * Basic knowledge of fieldwork safety practices * Prior experience in similar roles is desirable (but not mandatory) Employment Type: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $550\.000 \- $580\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
