Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and manage food product development within the food industry, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, while promoting commercial development. Professional stability and career development in an established company For our client EDELTEC, a company of the SILBERTEC Group, specializing in developing additives and functional blends for various food industry producers, providing them with technical advisory services both in formulation and in production processes. Role Overview: We seek a professional responsible for supervising and managing product development processes, ensuring compliance with organizational quality and regulatory standards, while promoting commercial development in coordination with the sales department. Main Responsibilities: * Lead product development and formulation, ensuring quality and regulatory standards * Manage development projects from planning through technical documentation * Conduct laboratory and plant trials, validating formulations and applications * Provide technical support to the commercial department, strengthening business opportunities * Participate in customer visits and demonstrations, identifying technical requirements * Coordinate requests and development of new products with relevant departments * Evaluate raw materials and suppliers, ensuring technical and economic viability * Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement departments to ensure project feasibility * Ensure compliance with internal standards and corporate programs (HACCP, ISO, etc.) Requirements: * Degree: Food Engineer, Higher-Level Food Technician, Biochemist, or related field * Experience: 3 years in development, technical assistance, or R\+D within the food industry, and 1 year in meat product formulation * Strong knowledge of food additives, functional ingredients, or food formulations * Familiarity with HACCP and ISO regulations * Competencies: Customer orientation, initiative and autonomy, effective communication, problem-solving, innovation We Offer: Professional stability in an established company.
