What You’ll Do: Coordinate and participate in developing the operational strategy, ensuring its translation into sustainable continuous improvement actions aligned with process evolution or maturity. Design efficient processes in collaboration with operational and support areas, ensuring implementation of standardized methodologies tailored to business needs. Develop, coordinate, and deliver training on management model tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement among organizational leaders, ensuring knowledge transfer and application in daily work routines. Ensure execution of continuous improvement projects aligned with the general needs, strengths, and weaknesses of targeted areas, training local leaders and their teams on continuous improvement tools—thereby driving cost optimization, reduction of competency and behavioral gaps. Ensure adherence to organizational strategy-aligned management methodologies and tools, leading and supporting improvement initiatives, and evaluating organizational progress and maturity against the continuous improvement model. What You Bring: Required: University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Class B Driver’s License. Operational proficiency in SAP and Office. 3–5 years of relevant experience.
