Statkraft is a global company in energy market management and has approximately 6\.200 employees across 20 countries. **Job Description** Ensure proper commercial and operational management of electricity supply contracts (free and regulated PPAs, physical and financial generator contracts, and ERNC attributes), guaranteeing contractual compliance, billing accuracy, and traceability of associated processes. Additionally, responsible for transactional management of the spot market in the role of designated representative to the National Electric Coordinator, including revenue collection, settlements, guarantees, and advanced SAP usage, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contract Administration; Responsible for commercial and operational contract management of electricity supply contracts with free customers, regulated tenders, generators (physical and financial), and ERNC attributes. Additionally, support in managing I-REC certificates and other international certificates. * Billing and Payment Representative to the National Electric Coordinator; responsible for managing the Payment Portal, discrepancies, and guarantees, ensuring billing, payments, and recoveries in the Short-Term Market in compliance with regulations. Acts as an internal process integrator and coordinator to ensure appropriate responses. * Global SAP ETS Super User; responsible for market processes through advanced use of the Energy Trade Solution module, supporting standardization, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives with international teams. * Responsible for calculating and controlling billing of coordinated companies, provisions, budgets, and monitoring of operational market costs and revenues, ensuring financial accuracy and traceability. Provides support to the Finance department in the proper allocation and accounting of revenues and costs. * Responsible for managing other market platforms; Contract Platform, Observation Platform, Physical and Commercial Information (IFC) Platforms (all operated by CEN), GEMA Platform (CNE), STAR Platform (SEC), SIBNE (Ministry of Energy), and others. * Responsible for consolidating operational, billing, commercial, and regulatory information; preparing internal reports, reports for customers, and reports for regulatory bodies; and acting as the primary contact point for CEN, SEC, CNE, and the Ministry of Energy, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and decision-making support. Provides support for other Back Office and MGC activities, acting as backup when required. **Requirements** * Commercial or Business Administration Engineering. Civil Engineering, preferably electrical or industrial. * More than 5 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge and experience in the electricity market and regulation. * Experience in contract administration—both regulated and free-market—and tracking processes derived from the PEC, as well as report management using business intelligence tools (Power BI). * User-level proficiency in Salesforce and SAP. * Experience in provisioning, budgeting, and cost/revenue control processes for market operations. * Knowledge of procedures related to the payment chain and spot market transactions in the Chilean electricity market. * Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency (mandatory)
