WE DO. **Job Responsibilities:** At IKEA, we are looking for our next B2B Specialist within the Commercial Management team, who will contribute to commercial growth and the execution of IKEA's B2B projects, ensuring business profitability. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Lead by example, acting as a role model for IKEA’s values with both internal and external customers. * Contribute to achieving the implementation of the B2B strategy. * Develop B2B projects based on each client's specific needs, creating moodboards, architectural drawings, renders, and budgets. * Manage and supervise all phases of each project, from initial proposal to final closure, including but not limited to: client meetings, proposal design, budget creation and sales orders, payment follow-up, product delivery, assembly, and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. * Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales and Logistics to ensure process efficiency and constant collaboration and communication. * Stay updated on knowledge regarding decoration and trends to generate relevant solutions addressing the needs of each corporate client. * Contribute to identifying process improvements to strengthen relationships, commitment, and brand loyalty.
