R\&Q Ingeniería, an Engineering and Projects company with over 45 years of experience, is seeking a **Resident Professional** to join an important Infrastructure/Building Area bidding process in the Metropolitan Region **Estimated duration of the contract to be bid: 12 months.** The following requirements apply: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field * At least 8 years of general experience since date of graduation. Specific experience required (mandatory) * In technical supervision of construction projects, including participation in technically highly complex projects, preferably in critical infrastructure such as Data Centers (Minimum 8 years) * Preference will be given to Resident ITO candidates who have completed at least one course in technical inspection of construction projects. Main Responsibilities: * Responsible for daily on-site supervision, ensuring technical, regulatory, and contractual compliance of executed activities, as well as effective coordination with contractors, suppliers, and the company's project team.
