We are looking for an Infrastructure and Security Coordinator, who will be responsible for providing the best hardware, operating systems, and database solutions for new projects across different areas and business units with an efficient, agile, and secure architecture according to the company's strategic requirements. Define, implement, and coordinate Computing Engineering under international standards and regulations for connectivity and power supply that ensure the operation and proper functioning of equipment and physical facilities throughout the LAN and WLAN network of OXXO Chile offices and stores. Responsibilities: * Ensure the deployment of appropriate technological infrastructure in stores and offices according to defined standards and providers to support business operations, enabling value propositions and required expansion plans. Guarantee availability and functionality of all network, telephony, and computing equipment services in stores and offices. * Ensure infrastructure readiness for new solutions by coordinating timely implementation of infrastructure based on customer requirements, delivering operational environments to the operations team to maintain service continuity. Manage and configure digital signage in stores, as well as LAN and WAN networks. * Keep infrastructure-level services up to date. Generate and update monthly infrastructure indicators, reviewing hardware and software obsolescence based on inventories and data center area information. Define new architectures for updating company systems according to standards and guidelines established by FEMCO IT. Monitoring and POS services. * Map current and future project architectures by conducting technical meetings with application and business architects to define the architecture of new projects. * Support the development and definition of IT management processes using industry-standard frameworks (ITIL and COBIT) to ensure operational maturity and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with the IT security plan, aligned with FEMCO IT and FEMSA, aiming to eliminate or mitigate potential business risks identified during assessments or audits. * Participate in business projects during analysis, design, and implementation phases to ensure robust solutions considering possible infrastructure implications. * Identify and evaluate potential service providers seeking integration into FEMCO’s infrastructure, in alignment with the FEMCO IT team, to address specific country needs. Schedule: Article 22\. (Suggested working hours Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:00 hrs.) Work Model: Hybrid (on-site and remote). Salary: competitive market rate.
