Since our inception, we have strived to distinguish ourselves through professionalism in service delivery and the excellent quality of our products. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** JOB OBJECTIVE: To develop, modify, update, and maintain technical drawings for fire detection and suppression projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations (NFPA, NCh, local standards) and client requirements, thereby facilitating correct on-site execution and coordination with other disciplines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ? Develop drawings and schematics for fire protection systems (wet pipe, dry pipe, sprinklers, detection, alarms, cabinets, etc.). ? Conduct on-site surveys when required to obtain accurate technical information. ? Review and update drawings based on feedback from engineering, clients, or technical inspections. ? Coordinate drawing compatibility with other disciplines (electrical, sanitary, architecture). ? Generate detailed drawings, isometric drawings, and single-line diagrams required for installation. ? Maintain up-to-date drawing archives (digital and physical). ? Support the engineering department in preparing documentation for tenders and technical presentations. ? Ensure all drawings comply with current quality standards, regulations, and technical symbology. REQUIREMENTS ? Educational Level: Technical Diploma in Technical Drawing, Project Management, Construction, or related field ? Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in fire protection system projects. ? Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). ? Knowledge of NFPA, NCh, or other fire protection-related standards (desirable). ? Familiarity with BIM software (Revit) is desirable. ? Ability to read architectural and discipline-specific drawings. ? Planning and organizational skills to manage delivery timelines. ? Teamwork and coordination with engineers and other departments.
