Apply directly through getonbrd.com. ### **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and evolve COBOL components, ensuring quality, stability, and maintainability. * Participate in the full delivery lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment—aligned with team planning. * Work with development and lifecycle management tools such as Eclipse, Micro Focus, Git, Jira, and Confluence. * Use SQL to support technical investigations, validations, and extraction of information required for development and support. * Contribute to functional domain understanding (e.g., loans), applying business logic criteria and analytical capability to identify root causes and propose improvements. * Leverage AI to increase productivity (e.g., Devin, Copilot), while maintaining good practices, human review, and change control. * Document technical solutions and decisions in Confluence, promoting knowledge transfer. * Collaborate with the team to debug, improve performance, and resolve incidents—clearly communicating progress and risks. ### **Requirements** At **42Labs**, we seek a **COBOL Developer** who enjoys solving problems with an analytical mindset and values teamwork.
