Job Objectives: Support the company’s efficient financial resource management by performing analyses and recordings that contribute to generating information for managing and achieving departmental objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Treasury and Payment Management: Process mass and individual payments, upload payroll files, track authorizations, and support the area’s financial management. 2. Accounting Control and Recording in SAP: Record accounting entries, post supplier expense accounts, and prepare detailed account analyses for decision-making. 3. Insurance and Guarantee Administration: Manage corporate insurance policy contracts (purchase orders, endorsements) and request/track bank guarantee letters. 4. KPI Optimization and Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. 5. Compliance and Security (SIGO): Understand and comply with the SIGO program definitions for Safety and Operational Risk Management according to the scope of the position. Offered: Workplace: Las Condes Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Friday: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM. Monthly net salary: $900.000 CLP REQUIREMENTS: Academic background: Professional degree as Auditor Accountant or related field. Intermediate proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
