Objective: Responsible for managing documentation and administering contracts within the general services area, with the purpose of maintaining service availability by channeling company requirements and needs. Job responsibilities: Manage and evaluate service tenders, supporting decision-making for their awarding. Administer and monitor outsourced service contracts. Advise various internal departments in resolving supply and service requirements. Coordinate and analyze service requests, considering costs, feasibility, and budget. Prepare reports on compliance and improvements in service delivery. Act as an intermediary between the company and service providers. Mandatory requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, Accounting Technician, or related field. 2 years of experience. Desirable requirements: Knowledge of billing, payment control, and supplier payment administration. Intermediate level in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP SAP. Knowledge of contracting and service acquisition laws. Offer conditions: Net salary: $1,000,000 Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 (30-minute lunch break).
