At TRANSVIP, a recognized passenger and cargo transportation company with over 20 years of experience in fleet management, administration, reservation systems, traffic operations, and implementation of technology in our operational processes, we are currently seeking a Reconciliation Analyst. Responsibilities: * Perform daily delivery reconciliation per driver in the Distribution Center (DC) and Last Mile segments, ensuring all information is accurately recorded. * Verify compliance with established operational margins for each business unit. * Analyze deviations identified in customer reconciliation processes and operational incidents, proposing corrective improvement actions. * Execute and review driver deductions, ensuring proper application within systems. * Support audit and control of customer invoice payment processing, ensuring adherence to internal policies. Requirements: * Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Administration, Operations Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. * 1 to 2 years of experience in roles related to operational control, reconciliations, accounting analysis, or administrative management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data matching, and reconciliations). * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Experience with ERP systems or operational management software is desirable.
