We are looking for a professional who wants to become part of our Finance and Accounting team! **Main responsibilities:** * Track purchase orders. * Control and reconcile tax documents with purchase orders. * Receive, review, and register supplier invoices. * Manage control spreadsheets. * Verify prices, payment terms, and associated documents. * Request and manage credit notes when applicable. * Maintain updated supplier database. * Coordinate with warehouse and accounting tasks to ensure proper acquisition flow. **Requirements:** * Required degree or studies: General Accountant. * 2 or more years of experience in similar roles. * Experienced in accounting software, invoicing, and credit notes. * Possess good attitude, experience in supplier relations, and analytical skills.
