At Grafton Latam we are looking for a Finance Analyst for an important human talent management services company specializing in Headhunting Outsourcing. **Main responsibilities:**  Manage and carry out the sending of invoices to clients at the Perú office.  Review and monitor accounts receivable payments for the Perú office and the Chile headquarters.  Prepare periodic accounts receivable reports for both offices (Perú and Chile).  Execute and coordinate collections management with clients from both offices, ensuring timely payment recovery.  Prepare the monthly consolidated sales report between the Perú office and the Chile headquarters.  Generate monthly billing reports, validating consistency between both offices.  Support and follow up on pending documents to be invoiced, ensuring their correct issuance.  Prepare sales projections based on commercial information and historical performance.  Responsible for invoice issuance in Chile.  Review the delivery of all payment statements to clients, guaranteeing accuracy and backup.  Perform reconciliation between payment statements and payroll records, verifying information consistency.  Conduct reconciliations between sales income and recorded invoicing, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrections.  Prepare daily and projected cash flow reports, providing visibility into the company's financial position. We are seeking a professional with: Education: Certified Public Accountant (degree holder) At least 3 years of work experience in financial management. Advanced Excel skills.
