Job stability Hello everyone! ***At SES, we are an international logistics company specializing in imports for businesses, with high-volume operations focused on automation, traceability, and customer service.*** We are seeking an Accounting Analyst with 1–2 years of experience. The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate, timely, and reconciled recording and control of the company’s financial and accounting transactions, guaranteeing reliable, timely, and organized information to support operational continuity, financial compliance, and sound organizational decision-making. **Main responsibilities:** * Reconcile and balance multiple bank accounts and foreign currencies (CLP, USD, EUR, GBP) daily. * Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in a dynamic, high-volume operational environment. * Monitor and analyze accounting discrepancies, promptly identifying inconsistencies or deviations. * Properly manage payment and collection flows, ensuring sound financial continuity. * Meet daily invoicing deadlines and associated administrative processes related to operations. * Maintain order, traceability, and documentary control over financial transactions. * Adapt to diverse operational and administrative requirements inherent to the business. **Requirements:** * Certified Public Accountant or Auditor. * 1–2 years of accounting experience, regardless of industry. * Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel proficiency. * ERP knowledge; KAME is preferred. **Work conditions:** * Work modality: On-site. * Location: Las Condes, near Tobalaba Metro station. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:10 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. * Benefits: Indefinite-term contract after fixed-term period, year-end bonuses, job stability, opportunity to learn about international operations, positive work environment / close-knit team.
