ACCOUNTING ANALYST

Job Summary: A prominent holding company seeks an Accounting Analyst to support the generation and analysis of key financial information, identifying opportunities for improvement in accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis of accounting accounts and review of holding company subsidiaries' balance sheets 2. Preparation of financial statements (FS) under IFRS standards and management of accounting information 3. Participation in accounting closings and support for external audits A major business holding with presence in the construction and infrastructure sector is seeking an “Accounting Analyst” for Santiago, who will join the accounting team to support the generation and analysis of key financial information for organizational management. Main Responsibilities: 1. Analyze accounting accounts and review balance sheets of holding company subsidiaries. 2. Prepare and support issuance of Financial Statements (FS) under IFRS standards. 3. Manage accounting information required by various departments within the organization. 4. Prepare monthly VAT Form 29 and income tax provisions, as well as monthly or quarterly deferred tax provisions, as required. 5. Participate in accounting opening and closing processes. 6. Prepare accounting reports and respond to external audit requests. 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting department processes. Requirements: · Degree in Auditing or General Accounting · Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Accounting Analyst · Experience in account analysis and preparation of financial statements · Knowledge of IFRS standards and Chilean tax regulations · Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency · Experience in construction companies, manufacturing firms, or accounting outsourcing firms will be valued Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $1.800.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Las Condes, Región Metropolitana
