We are looking for top talent eager to join the \#OneTeamAvla as an Accounting Analyst. Your challenge will be to manage the accounting accounts of the assigned subsidiary, analyzing assigned accounts to understand their status relative to the nature of entries contained in each account, thereby obtaining accurate and substantiated data for each entry. What will you do? \- Download required general ledger reports from the Fin700 system to perform account analysis. \- Analyze information contained in the general ledgers and update asset and liability account data; identifying errors in account classification. \- Prepare monthly accounting analyses using updated account data and analyzed information for validation by management. \- Calculate monthly taxes (Forms 29 and 50\). \- Address internal clients’ questions regarding the status of accounts under the subsidiary’s responsibility (primarily accounts receivable and payable). \- Prepare quarterly financial statement notes for the CMF, submitting these notes to management and correcting deviations identified by management and other validating departments. \- Record tax documentation supporting the company’s expenses. \- Record bank statements, extracting them from the bank in TXT format and uploading them into FIN700\. \- Verify information uploaded to the Fin700 system by the Operations department.
