Job Objective Ensure the business’s financial health through accurate recording, control, and analysis of operational costs, reconciliations, and tax obligations—providing key information to support strategic administrative decision-making. Main Functions and Responsibilities * **Maintain complete accounting records for all companies.** * **Perform monthly accounting closings.** * **Prepare income statements per company and establishment.** * **Conduct bank reconciliations.** * **Monitor accounts payable and receivable.** * **Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow statements.** * **Coordinate tax obligations and filings with the Internal Revenue Service (SII).** * **Develop budgets and financial forecasts.** * **Compare actual results against targets.** * **Implement and maintain financial control systems.** * **Identify variances and present recommendations to management. Profile Requirements * **Education:** Professional or Technical Degree in General Accounting, Certified Public Accountant, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within restaurant chains, hotels, or mass-consumption companies. * **Technical Tools:** * Proficiency in ERP accounting systems. * Knowledge and use of gastronomic POS software. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and data analysis formulas). * **Soft Skills:** Ability to work under pressure during peak periods, effective communication with store managers, and strong ethical judgment.
