**About This Opportunity**
We are looking to incorporate a professional into our team for the position of **Project Controls**, who will join the Project Controls department, supporting planning, control, and integrated project management—primarily within the large-scale mining sector.
The role plays a key part in ensuring effective management of costs, schedules, resources, and risks, contributing to successful project delivery and high-standard service for our clients.
**Responsibilities**
* Support comprehensive project management throughout its lifecycle.
* Develop and control schedules, baselines, key milestones, and activity programming.
* Support resource planning and KPI management, issuing early warnings and corrective actions.
* Execute cost control, man-hour tracking, financial control, and project change management.
* Prepare and monitor payment certifications, invoicing, and periodic progress reports.
* Lead cost, scheduling, and risk management for assigned projects.
* Configure and optimize project controls tools and systems.
* Collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring professional and high-quality service.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline (mandatory).
* Proven experience in large-scale mining projects (mandatory).
* Minimum five years of professional experience in Project Controls.
* Knowledge and application of Earned Value Management and other progress monitoring techniques.
* Knowledge of cost management, change control, scheduling, and risk management.
* Advanced English, both oral and written.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Primavera P6, and MS Project (mandatory).
* Desired experience in Power BI, Agile methodologies, Lean Management, PMO, portfolio management, and/or AWP.
